The Refugee Health Promotion Program
The Refugee Health Promotion (RHP) Program promotes the health and well-being of refugees and other ORR-eligible populations through:
- Increasing health literacy
- Coordinating healthcare
- Organizing wellness groups.
Funding and Eligibility
Any non-profit with 501c3 status is eligible to apply, including faith-based and community organizations. ORR has issued RHP funding in three streams:
- Afghan RHP, serving Afghan humanitarian parolees and their immediate families, Afghan refugees, asylees, SIVs, SI-CPRs, and SQ/SI parolees.
- Ukraine RHP, serving Ukrainian humanitarian parolees and their immediate families,
- Base RHP, serving ORR-eligible populations not covered under Afghan or Ukraine funding.
USCRI Missouri allocates funding on a fiscal year basis, running from October 1 through September 30.

Applications for FY25 funding will be considered on a rolling basis from June 1 to July 15, 2025
