The USCRI Detroit Field Office has been welcoming newcomers to Detroit, Michigan since 2007. Since that time, over 6,000 newcomers have started new lives in the greater Detroit area and over 3,000 were assisted in becoming self-sufficient through the agency’s Matching Grant Program. USCRI-Detroit maintains strong relationships with refugees and long- time community partners that provides services to Middle Easterners and other large communities in Southeast Michigan.
