ALLISON SIKOROWSKI

Allison Sikorowski is a dynamic and accomplished individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the world. With a strong background in Social Services and Gender Based Violence, Allison has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and expertise in victim advocacy.

After she received her MA in Cultural Anthropology in 2008, Allison served in the US Peace Corps in Morocco for several years where she established health and hygiene programs in local schools. From 2011-15 in Los Angeles, CA, Allison provided direct support to a team of 20+ therapists in addition to Lead wraparound services to at-risk youth the as Program Director for ERCC. Her family moved to Minnesota in 2015, where she provided case management services to homeless families in St Paul until 2020. She then continued her passion for Victim Advocacy by supporting families as the Women’s Program Manager for a domestic violence transitional housing program.

Outside of work, Allison spends time outdoors with her husband and three boys as well as enjoys traveling across the globe when she isn’t attending her children’s recreational activities. This well-rounded approach to life not only fuels her creativity but also allows her to maintain a healthy work-life balance. She feels honored in working with USCRI as the Director for Rayo de Luz shelter for pregnant or parenting unaccompanied girls.
