USCRI Vermont Welcomes New Education Program Coordinator

September 13, 2021

USCRI Vermont is excited to welcome Nancy Lindberg to her new role as USCRI Vermont’s Education Program Coordinator. Nancy joined USCRI Vermont in 2015 as an English Instructor for our innovative Pathways to Higher Education class.

Over the past year Nancy has worked on curriculum development for a six-month English language and vocational immersion program that will serve asylum-seeking adults in southern Vermont. Nancy has a deep understanding of refugee and immigrant issues and the importance of celebrating cultural heritage and language.

We look forward to working with Nancy on broadening our education program offerings and the work started by Ashraf Alamatouri and Jennifer Borch. Welcome, Nancy!
