USCRI TIJUANA’S FIST SOCIAL SERVICE CYCLE OF 2025

February 1, 2025

January 2025 – The first social service cycle of 2025 officially began with the integration of four students from the Law and International Relations departments of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC).The students will provide key support alongside USCRI Tijuana staff to the Mexican Commission for Refugee Assistance (COMAR) within the Multi-Service Center of Baja California, which provides support to asylum seekers and refugees and promotes their protection, integration, and coexistence in transit and within the local community.

This work represents the success and continuity of USCRI Tijuana´s institutional collaboration with the main universities in Tijuana, which has expanded our capacity to contribute to the protection of migrant and refugee rights.
